Delivery and Returns


We offer free delivery for orders over £40 in value.  We aim to send out orders within 24 hours of the order being placed, but please do bear in mind that this is a family business with small children, and they sometime need to take priority.

Depending on the size and weight of your parcel, we use Royal Mail and a courier service.  This helps us to keep costs down, and pass these savings onto you.


All returns will be dealt with in accordance with your statutory rights. If you need to return a product please get in touch to discuss this and we will do what we can to make this as easy as possible.  Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for the cost of return postage.

We ask that Goods be returned complete, unused and in their original as new condition, with all accessories and instructions. We ask that the original packing be returned in its original condition.  We may make a deduction from your refund for any loss in the value of the goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you (for example using or wearing the goods prior to cancellation)

You are responsible for the item until it arrives back at Just Keep Slinging, so we recommend that you use a postage method that covers the item for the full cost.

If you choose to exchange an item, then you will be required to pay the postage costs for the replacement item to be sent out to you.


In accordance with the The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order starting from the time you place the order and ending on the expiry of 14 calendar days starting from the day the goods have been received. Please notify us of your intentions and return the goods within the 14 day cooling-off period. Goods must be in their original condition and packaging. If an item has been used, then this policy will not apply.
